1. Working principle

Slide: The slide is the component responsible for moving the tool. It is usually installed above the fuselage and connected to the spindle box. The carriage of CNC gantry milling can move forward and backward, left and right, and up and down to achieve three-dimensional milling.

Spindle box: The spindle box is the component that installs the spindle, usually made of cast iron or steel plate. The spindle box is equipped with a spindle motor and cutting tools, which can realize high-speed rotation and milling processing.

CNC system: The CNC system is the core component of CNC gantry milling and is responsible for automatic control of the machine tool. CNC systems usually consist of computers, controllers and electrical components and are capable of completing complex milling tasks.
