Recently, I have noticed that everyone has such a problem. How can we make the service life of machining centers longer? This question depends on how you treat your machine. That is to say, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the machining center.
So, how should we maintain the machining center? Let the horizontal Boring and milling machine manufacturer speak up.

How to maintain the machining center
1. Appearance maintenance: Keep the inner and outer surfaces of the machine tool clean. Mainly remove iron filings, oil stains, and other debris from the machine, workbench, and three-axis telescopic cover.
2. Cooling water tank maintenance: Regularly check the liquid level, add coolant (or water) in a timely manner, and replace it regularly.
3. Tool magazine maintenance: Keep clean and place the tools neatly. Before operation, check whether the tool magazine is running normally, whether there are any disordered or fallen knives, and whether the handle screws are loose or rough.
4. Electrical cabinet maintenance: Check whether each cooling fan is working properly, and promptly clean the dust and debris on the fan and filter.
5. Air source maintenance: Check whether the pressure of the pneumatic control system is normal, whether there is any air leakage, and keep the pipeline unobstructed;
6. Lubricating oil maintenance: Check the oil level and operation of the main spindle oil cooling oil tank, and add cooling oil in a timely manner; Check the oil level in the lubricating oil tank of the guide rail. If the oil level is insufficient, add lubricating oil in a timely manner.
7. Hydraulic oil maintenance: Check if there is any abnormal noise from the hydraulic pump in the oil tank, check if the working oil level is normal, add hydraulic oil in a timely manner, check if there is any leakage in the pipelines and joints, and check if the pressure on the pressure gauge is normal.
8. Peripheral site maintenance: Clean up iron filings and debris around the equipment daily, keep the surrounding area clean, and place workpieces neatly.
9. If necessary, a machine tool wear and tear assessment can be conducted to comprehensively understand the condition of the machine tool.
