The whole machine adopts a fully closed-loop servo drive, with ball screws pre tightened to eliminate gaps. The X/Z axis repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.003mm, and the long axis machining straightness and outer cylindrical roundness are outstanding. Equipped with high-precision tailstock and adjustable center frame, effectively suppressing cutting vibration of slender shafts and solving the problems of bending and uneven size in long piece processing; Eight station precision electric turret tool changing positioning has zero deviation, and multi head precision threads, conical surfaces, and deep inner holes can all be precision formed in one go. The equipment is equipped with a built-in constant temperature cooling device, which continuously stabilizes the processing temperature of the workpiece, avoids dimensional deviations caused by thermal deformation, and minimizes dimensional fluctuations in long axis components such as oil cylinder barrels, precision screw rods, motor spindles, and rolling mills. The CNC system has real-time size compensation and machining error self checking functions, which ensures high consistency in the size of mass-produced workpieces and significantly reduces scrap rates.
